- Your ID for Anti Money Laundering purposes such as a certified copy of your passport or driving license, and a copy of a utility bill.
- Your contact details.
- Your date of birth.
- Your National Insurance Number.
- Your unique tax reference.
- Your business details.
- Your wishes and criteria in respect of any matter we are helping you with.

- We may pass on information to others assisting with the work we do for you such as an external bookkeeper. We will ensure at all times that anyone assisting us takes your privacy as seriously as we do and is registered with the ICO.
- In assisting you with your accounting requirements it will be necessary for us to pass on information to HMRC and / Companies House.
- To comply with our responsibilities under Anti Money Laundering regulations we need to use a third party company to assist us with our Due Diligence obligations. The company we currently use is Creditsafe. Creditsafe will use the data we electronically give them to provide us with a report which confirms your details by checking things like the Voters Roll, passport and driving license records, and electric supply numbers.
- We may need to pass on information to those who help collect outstanding accounts if you do not pay us in accordance with our payment terms.
